We're confident you'll see results that make a difference, so we actively encourage clients to measure return on investment and judge our work financially. From the outset, we work with you to set objectives against which you can evaluate the impact of the programme. We typically recommend the Kirkpatrick Four Levels framework as a foundation for the measurement of development programmes.
