Sika, a specialty chemicals company, implemented a Leadership Programme utilising Emergenetics. The program, conducted globally in several cohorts, utilised a multi-modular approach with a focus on contemporary brain science and experiential learning.

The curriculum covered various topics, including understanding thinking and behaviour, emotional intelligence, energy management, and change leadership. The tailored program included a launch event, executive coaching between modules, and a closing event to assess organizational changes. Delegates have access to free lifetime mentoring and a Leadership Foundation for ongoing development.

The program resulted in significant behaviour changes and demonstrated a 27x return on investment, as assessed by the Kirkpatrick Level 4 evaluation framework. Delegate feedback highlighted increased pride in delivery, enhanced confidence, improved engagement with senior individuals and customers, and a heightened focus on customer needs in meetings.
