Terms and conditions

  1. Receipt of payment indicates confirmation of your place. If you chose to cancel your place after payment has been received, a refund cannot be issued. Instead, a replacement delegate could be sent.

    1. Please note, we cannot provide an invoice/receipt if you pay via PayPal. If requested at the time of payment, PayPal will provide you with an online receipt.

  2. If cancellation is initiated by First Ascent, a full refund will be available or you will have the option to transfer your payment to a future workshop.

  3. The Management of First Ascent reserves the right to defer or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participants.
