A bespoke programme of leadership development provided to the senior and middle managers in London Sport.

Organisation Overview

London Sport aims to help make London happier, healthier and stronger through sport. They do this by working in partnership with the numerous organisations involved in physical activity and sport in London. The organisation was formed from bringing together four smaller organisations.

Our Approach

A range of leadership development modules were designed, developed and delivered for London Sport.

The modules were created following a needs analysis exercise. Emergenetics profiling was used within the programme to help leaders understand their natural communication preferences and to help them improve their adaptability to difference situations.

Participants were also offered the option to complete an ILM qualification as part of the programme and have access to free lifetime mentoring from the First Ascent team.

Impact and ROI

The programme received excellent feedback, with leaders evolving their skills in a range areas.
