Our Approach
Coca-Cola Enterprises asked First Ascent to design a challenging, thought-provoking and experiential five-day residential leadership programme. The programme aimed to develop self-awareness and awareness of others, provide an opportunity to reflect and stimulate strong relationship bonds between cross functional managers across Europe.
Psychometric profiling link to Profiling Tools was followed by tackling the subject of emotional intelligence, with particular focus on energy management and resilience. Delegates explored motivation, driving engagement and high performance in teams, and maximising individual potential and feedback for performance. A night in the outdoors was enhanced by a campfire talk by Britain’s leading mountaineer, who highlighted the importance of managing emotions and pressure when attempting to summit Everest and K2.
